New support and ticketing system
After a few month trial with a limited number of clients, we have now decided to move all our existing clients to a new ticketing system. The imCode support and ticketing system facilitates och improves the handling of support issues. It makes reporting easier, collects all the clients reports on one page and makes it simple to follow the progress in each issue.
It is possible to enter new tickets both via the web and via mail. If you are an existing support client, we will soon get in touch with you.
